WINNER: DANIEL BRYAN (***3/4)
(Amin’s Analysis: This was a complete different pro wrestling match that you don’t see on Raw, SmackDown or WWE PPVs. Not a fan of seeing Bryan get dropped on the back of his head. But, I trust Bryan’s wrestling knowledge as he’s a pro and know what’s he’s doing. Overall, this was a great technical wrestling match which had some great sequences as both Bryan and Gulak looked very impressive.)

WINNER: ANDRADE RETAINED THE WWE UNITED STATES TITLE (***)
(Amin’s Analysis: I’ve seen better from Andrade and Humberto but still was still a nice match which had some creative spots. They protected Humberto with the finish but how many championship matches has he now lost? Why should fans care or get excited when he finally wins the title?)

WINNERS: THE MIZ & JOHN MORRISON RETAINED THE SMACKDOWN TAG TEAM TITLES (***3/4)
(Amin’s Analysis: The early portion dragged and had it’s fare share of miss-timed spots. Too be fair, this was a very enjoyable match as there were lots of creative and unique spots as everyone worked very hard.)

The lights turned on as Undertaker grabbed Anderson and Gallows. Styles went for a Phenomenal Forearm but Undertaker caught him and delivered a Chokeslam. The lights turned off and turned back on as Undertaker left the ring. Black delivered Black Mass to Styles for the 1,2,3.
WINNER: ALEISTER BLACK (***1/4)
(Amin’s Analysis: The match dragged at points and went too long. I also didn’t like how The OC just stood at ringside and just watched for most part in a No DQ match. Having said that, I liked the match as the storytelling was good as both Black and Styles worked hard. The finish was good as they made Black look strong while setting up Styles vs. Undertaker for WrestleMania.)

WINNERS: ANGELO DAWKINS & MONTEZ FORD RETAINED THE RAW TAG TEAM TITLES (**1/2)
–Owens delivered a Stone Cold Stunner to Rollins after the match. Owens poured some popcorn onto Murphy and then headed to the back.
(Amin’s Analysis: I will be fair and say everyone worked hard as these are four talented wrestlers. However, this was just a basic tag team match which you can see on Raw. This went 10-minutes too long as the crowd was quiet as this match underdelivered for a PPV.)
–Backstage, Sami Zayn was with Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro. Zayn told Kayla Braxton that he will face Braun Strowman and bring him the IC Title where it belongs.
3-ON-1 HANDICAP MATCH FOR THE WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE: BRAUN STROWMAN vs. SHINSUKE NAKAMURA, SAMI ZAYN & CEASRO

Zayn covered Strowman as the referee counted 1,2,3.
WINNER: SAMI ZAYN WON THE WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE (**)
(Amin’s Analysis: The match itself was not much but story was good with the three heels overcoming Strowman to win the IC Title. Would’ve like to see Zayn capture his first WWE Title in a single’s match but was nice to see him win. I could see Strowman vs. Zayn for the IC Title at WrestleMania.)
NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH FOR THE RAW WOMEN’S TITLE: ASUKA vs. SHAYNA BASZLER vs. NATALYA vs. RUBY RIOTT vs. LIV MORGAN vs. SARAH LOGAN

Baszler delivered a modified Storm Breaker and then connected with a knee strike. Baszler applied the Kirifuta Cluch as Asuka passed out.
WINNER: SHAYNA BASZLER (**1/2)
(Amin’s Analysis: The early portion dragged as it was just a spot-fest for everyone to get a chance to shine. This match was a complete showcase for Baszler to position her a dominant challenger for Becky Lynch who is WWE’s biggest star and positioned as the top champion. The question is will this booking work and build hype for the WrestleMania match. The short-term booking this was good. The long-term post WrestleMania we have to wait and see. The highlight of the match was Asuka as her facial expressions were awesome as she showed just how great a wrestler she is. This was also disappointing as this is how Asuka should’ve been showcase when she was called up from NXT as she’s more talented and a much better in-ring wrestler than Baszler. I’m saying as someone who likes Baszler’s craft and wrestling style which lots of fans aren’t.)
[OVERALL THOUGHTS] The PPV had some good wrestling matches. The main goal was to set up some big WrestleMania matches which it did effectively. Overall, WWE Elimination Chamber was a solid show but more of a placeholder show before WrestleMania that went too long.
